All products are Custom orders and as such refunds or exchanges are not allowed.
Orders deemed undeliverable by the shipping method chosen by the customer or refused by the customer are considered sold and no refund given. The Customer will be notified when the plans are returned that they are available for pickup at our office.
All Customers are responsible to read the Bid Package details to be certain they understand the requirements and deadlines for each job.
Any questions regarding the Bid Packages should be directed to either the Firm offering the Job for bid or our Print Specialists.
Any refunds issued for refundable Bid Packages will be issued in the manner in which they were billed for the maximum amount of the original billing amount.
